Dear Several Sources Visitor,
God has truly blessed our efforts. But each and every month is a struggle. The pregnant, frightened teens keep contacting us by hotline, by email and through word of mouth. They have only us to turn to in this their time of turmoil and abandonment. The homeless women appear at our door, pleading for food, clothing and just a clean, dry place to rest. All of our labors for the Lord try to keep His Word and His Love alive for those who come to us seeking our help. The work can only continue through the support of people like you. Often I am asked, "Why do you call this charity Several Sources?" We were inspired to name our efforts Several Sources because we do what we do through many sources: through God's blessings, through the humility of those who seek our aid, through the actions of our many volunteers and through you, our donors. I pray that His Most Holy Spirit inspire you to join our efforts and that you will be moved to donate to our work. I ask God to bless you and your family for your kindness and consideration to support our charity. Thank you for taking the time to visit our Several Sources website. In 1981 when I took my first pregnant teen into my own home, I never thought the day would come when I would be asking you to help support our shelters for mothers and their babies, our efforts to teach Chastity and how to make better life choices, our over 80 special needy families, our inner city homeless women, our GolfDreams kids and our children who are HIV+.
